Deepest Sympathy to the Quin Family, Please accept my fondest wishes and condolences to the Quin Family for your loss. Rafer and I go back a long way within BlackBerry and have been friends for almost 10 years. We have worked together in many areas and have always kept in touch going for breakfast many Fridays for most of that time. Rafer was a good hearted individual always willing to help wherever he could. He never had a bad thing to say about anyone and was a very genuine person. He was the kind of person you could not help but like as he truly was rare bread. He will be deeply missed. Rest in peace Rafer.
