My heart and thoughts go out to you at this most difficult time. I am blessed to have been graced by both of your son's big hearts and their inviting personality. It is truly the mark of wonderful parents. Sending all my love and thoughts to Rafe’s parents, Spence, Shawna and their children, and friends of Rafe. I am privileged and honoured to have known and been friends with both Rafe and Den. I regret not staying in touch as much over the years, as I have so many great memories of the times we spent together. Rafe truly had a big heart and made time for everyone.
