Tim and I came to Wanless at the same time. Last past year I was fortunate enough to share the little nook at the end of the hall with him. He was my neighbour, my buddy. I loved Tim and so did my students. Every morning we would meet in the hall. Tim was there to greet every one of his students with a hand shake, a high five and a question or comment to make sure each and every one of them knew they were valued. I marveled at his ability to come up with a different comment for all of his students each and every day. He would then venture into my room to greet to my small group - the quirky things he would say to them - they were engaged. Their eyes always lit up when Tim entered the room. So did mine.
Tim, I will think of you every mornig now when I greet my students in the hall....
Love, Anne.
