Cathy and family: so sorry to hear of your loss - I chanced upon this obit. I flew with Mike on the DC-8 on and off for a couple of years. We did the "round the world" cargo flights and he was always great company and a gifted pilot. One day we got out to Singapore airport and Mike realized he had left his passport in his hotel room! We had a cab pick it up and we left on time! A very nice fellow and he will be missed.
