Condolence From: Corrie Yeoman and Westies in Need
Condolence: I met Margaret at a meeting for the Canadian West Highland White Terrier Club years ago and we became very fast friends. I will miss our late night phone calls and our lunch dates more than I can say. She was my friend and I will treasure that all my life.

My heart goes out to her 3 girls-Fiona, Heather and, of course, Skye---she loved you girls more than anything and she was so proud of you all.

Condolence: I have shed more than a few tears since I was told of Maraget"s sudden illness and then her passing. My deepest sympathies to the entire family.
Margaret and I met 6 years ago when my husband Rob and sons Cody and Dustin bought my special Westie Keegan for my 50th birthday. They tell me that Maragret had them come to her place for an interview to see if MOM really wanted a puppy. I guess they passed inspection because Keegan has been a part of our family ever since. I learned alot about Westies from Margaret. She patiently taught me how to groom Keegan and we met often for chats and lunch. She spoke so often of her family and especially of her grand daughter Skye. I know she will be watching over her flock of wonderful Westies that she has so graciously shared with so many over the years. Thanks Margaret.

Condolence: Our deepest sympathies for the loss of a wonderful lady and a Westie breeder of the highest standards. She was very particular about the futures of all of her pups. We met her over sixteen years ago when we got Caileigh Skye who was the sweetest most loveable dog we have ever owned. We kept in touch periodically over the years involving various issues and Margaret was always interested and helpful. Sadly, and ironically, I emailed Margaret on Tuesday to tell her that we had lost Caileigh on Monday, but as fate would have it, I guess she already knew. We will remember her always.

Condolence: I join in the sorrowful loss of dear Margaret. She was such a refreshing part of the Westie network. The contribution she and her husband made to the breed will continue to burn brightly in their honor. I can still picture them in front of the fireplace at the old house. Surrounded by their Westies who hung on their every word. Margaret was a joy to know. Take consulation in the happiness she brought to many of us.

Condolence: I am so sorry about your loss. I knew Marg from her cleaning days.I worked at the TD in Elora and she would come in after hours and clean. It seemed that I was always working. We got to know each other quite well. I always enjoyed talking to her and hearing about the dogs she had. It is a great loss but you can say she made her mark on the world and was a great person. She will be really missed.

Condolence: Our condolences and our thoughts and prayers go out to all of the family. We met Margaret 5 years ago while we were looking to purchase another Westie. We did purchase Bliss almost two years ago and she is a member of our family now. We continued to keep in touch with Margaret, even bringing the pup back for a visit. She did love her Westies and will be missed.

Condolence: My condolences to Margaret's Family.

I first met Margaret 5 years ago when I got my wonderful little Finlay. She came highly recommended and she clearly loved her dogs. I will always appreciate her taking the time to answer my questions and allowing me and Finlay to come back visit with her. I think she enjoyed those visits as well. Every year she sent me a Christmas card and photo of her Westies. Finlay and I will miss her.
