Condolence: I did know him very well, but that doesn't mean I didn't love him, Lewis William Hornsby was my Great Grandfather, he loved me and my siblings very much, and I remember when I was 5 years old, I dyed my hair bright pink, and he loved it, then later that Christmas night, he and I fell asleep on his couch, GG (Ethel) had made an amazing dinner we could wake up to and eat, with both our family's. So I thank you Great Grandpa Lew, thank you for watching over me in Heaven, I love, and miss you and GG, and I hope you two are happy together.

We are so sorry for your loss. Lew was such a wonderful and sweet man. He had such a quiet and friendly disposition. Ryan enjoyed a drive one day with Lew delivering things from the church. Lew could always be counted on to be somewhere in the church quietly getting things done, and never asking for any recognition.
