Just now saw this

Facebook is wonderful for finding people from your past. I just now found Louise's ("Miss Goldsmith") obit. I was a ballet and tap student of hers from about 1949 to 1959 at her St Johns Norway and Broadview and Danforth studios. Forced to be there by parents, I was no star, dreaded ballet classes but did develop a love and appreciation for the ballet. He broad knowledge of so many other types of dance showed in tap class, which I lived ! But Louise knew how fish-out-of-water I was with ballet, and never called me out for my terrible performance and clumsiness I would not have guessed she was so much older than I as she was so fit ! I am sorry that I did not know she was living so close to where I lived for 6 years as I would loved to have met her again. The picture posted of her - she is so much like her mother who faithfully took the fees for each class. Bye bye, Miss Goldsmith. I hope I did not give you too much heartache as a reluctant student.
