Capt. Harcourt
I was fortunate to have met Capt. Harcourt a few times.
Our conversations covered Great lakes ships , airplanes and Pride in ones family heritage.
He recalled to George and myself a summer job he had in the mid 1940s on the passenger vessel S.S. Huronic which ran out of Toronto.
There was a story on how he and a friend bought an old surplus tigermoth and how he got started flying.
He was an interesting man
Our condolences to the Harcourt Family .
Mr. & Mrs. Rodney T. Lee
Guelph.
