Condolence: Herb was my very first co-worker and bunkhouse roommate when I arrived in Canada in 1967 to work with IOC in Labrador City. Over the years, even though we were miles apart, we kept in touch. His friendship will be sadly missed and my sympathy and condolences go to his family.
