"honeybear"

Usually when we woke up she needs "to go". So with the sling I lift her up onto the commode and to the bathroom. As I am making breakfast in the kitchen I hear her call me for something. What I heard was: "Are you there?" And my answer of course was: "Where do you think I am, except here for you". So I walk to her to see what she needs. Then she laughs at me and told me: "That is not what I said". I called you: 'honey bear', not 'are you there'. I knew it was time to get some hearing aids! Don't know why she called me that way, but from that point on I was her "honey bear".
