Formerly of Belwood, passed away peacefully at Caressant Care Nursing Home in Arthur, on October 31st, 2006 in his 93rd year. Loving husband of the late Catherine Isabel (2000). Caring father of Murray (Marjorie) of Kenilworth, Ken (Carol) of Brantford and Norman (Nicole) of Ottawa. Fondly remembered by his grandchildren Brian (Wendy), Dennis and (Lori), David, Paul (Lynn) all of the Arthur area and Julie Blank (Chris) and Brad (Andrea) of Brantford. Sadly missed by his nine great grandchildren. Also survived by his brother Harold of Dundas. Predeceased by his son Bill (2002) and his daughter Margaret (2004). Friends will be received at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home & Chapel, 280 St. David St. South in Fergus, on November 1st 2006 from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on November 2nd 2006 at 2:00pm, followed by interment at McKee Cemetery in Belwood.
