On October 12, 2014 at St. Joseph’s Health Center in Guelph. Will be dearly missed by his longtime partner Eileen Coates of Elora. Fondly remembered by his sister Celia (Joe) Cleveland of Willerby, England and his niece Ruth (Francis) Graham of Selby, England and nephew Mark Cleveland of Hull England. Philip was a professor in the Visual Arts Instructor Training at Seneca College, King Campus for 10 years. He took early retirement and moved to Elmwood, Ontario, recently of Elora.
