Of Fergus, peacefully at the Wellington Terrace with her family by her side, on Monday, June 10, 2013 in her 95th year. Wife of the late Fred Beatty (1998). Loving mother to David (Margriet) of the Netherlands, Nancy (Robert) Fyfe of Toronto, Carol (Nicolas) of Lethbridge Alberta, John and Tom of Fergus. Lovingly survived by her grandchildren Gavin, David, Jessie, Matthew, James and Fred, and great grandnieces Layla and Myra. Loved by sister in law Lorraine Melvaer of Surrey B.C. Thorunn is survived by a number of nieces, nephews and other family members. Predeceased by sister Mildred (David) Howard and brother Odin.
