Obituary for Stephen Kelly
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Stephen Kelly on Friday March 18th, 2022.
Steve had a courageous but difficult battle with COPD and is now finally at rest he will be forever loved and forever remembered.
Steve is survived by his loving wife Daniela and Steve’s sisters, Anne and her husband Winston, Sue and her husband Jim and his brothers Jerry and his wife Donna, Mike and his wife Karen, Mark and Jeff, as well as many loving nieces and nephews.
Steve is predeceased by his Father and Mother Joe and Helen Kelly.
Steve lived a full and active life and was very successful, he ran his own IT recruitment company.
When Steve wasn’t busy running his company, he was very passionate about fishing, bowling, golfing and picking up his guitar from time to time as well Steve and Daniela would head off to great vacation destination.
He married the love of his life Daniela on June 18th, 2005 and was truly blessed to have her as his wife and life partner, he was a lucky man to meet Daniela and he knew it, his love grew each and every day for she was his rock .
Steve loved his dogs Bella and Riley and they were true companions to him and brought joy to his world.
Steve had an infectious laugh and you could not help laughing with him as he told many hilarious stories and by the time he was half way through his story he would break out laughing and then everyone was laughing and couldn’t wait to hear how everything turned out, he was the life of the party.
Steve was very generous with his family and always helped out, he took great pride in arranging family barbeques filled with love, laughter, drinks, great food and cards on the table.
Steve has asked for a celebration of life with his immediate family and their siblings. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to Groves Memorial Community Hospital in his honour.
