I met Bob soon after I began my municipal work with the City of Woodstock in 1990.
Bob was one of the most open, friendly and congenial people I have met in my life. It was a pleasure to know him.
Bob was never without a kind word. He helped me every time I called upon him. He lived life to the fullest but never did he forsake the feelings of others.
