Obituary for Robert Ernest Bell
Passed away peacefully on Friday, March 3, 2023 at Caressant Care in Fergus, in his 95th year. Cherished husband of the late Audrey Bell for 74 wonderful years. Loving father of Claudia (John) Hine and Robin (John) James, and proud grandfather of Rebecca Hine, Darcy Murray, Alex Martin and Simon James, as well as 8 great grandchildren.
Robert was an outstanding and supportive father to his 2 children, as well as 22 foster children, over the years. He took great pride in his grandchildren and great grandchildren, and will be remembered for his constant care and adoration of his family.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home in Fergus. Cremation has taken place and a private family service is to be held.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider making a donation to their favorite charity in Robert’s name.
