It is with great sadness and profound celebration that Robert Angus (Bob) Beattie was ushered into the kingdom on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 3:30 pm. He was 89 years young and still learning and growing. He was surrounded at his bedside by his four children Michael, Joanna, Fiona, Christine and son in law Chip (Fiona) and their children Daniel, Sarah, Breah and Caitlin with whom he has lived for 27 years.

Son of John and Jeanette Beattie, born in Port Arthur (Thunder Bay) Ontario. Beloved brother to Jack, Elizabeth and Margaret. Widowed husband to beloved wife Patricia (nee Toms), Beloved husband to Grace (nee Cooper). Beloved father to Michael, Joanna (Robert), Fiona(Chip), Christine (Real). Beloved stepfather to Cathy (Jay), Anne (Lance). Beloved Papa to Amanda, Joshua, Rachel (Michael), John Robert, James, Peter (Joanna), Daniel (Kayla), Sarah, Breah, Caitlin (Fiona), Maiah, Leah, Cai, Sean (Christine), Judah, Ione (Cathy), Nehemiah, Ellie (Anne).

All are welcome to join us in celebrating the life of Bob Beattie. As he was connected with and blessed by so many, please feel free to share this invitation. We will be having both a funeral and an informal visitation:
