Suddenly at his home on August 6, 2009 at the age of 54 years. Soul mate of 20 years to Laurie (ne: Bellamy). Best dad and hero to his children Trudy (Wes) Lawrence, Rick (Amy), Matt Colwill (Jillian), Mike (Jennifer), Becky (Matthew) Waugh, Cayla (Mark) Barney, Sara (Kyle) and Nick. Papa and Grandpa will be missed by his grandchildren Brayden, Jessica, Ethan, Zachary, Hannah and Spencer. Survived by his mom Evelyn Couling and sister Kathy (Rick) Beaudoin.
