Passed away at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on May 1, 2021 at the age of 55 years. Randy was the loving son of Robert and Doris Gutscher of Waterloo. Dear brother of Wayne, Karen, Blair and Janice and will be loving remembered by many nieces and nephews and also sadly missed by many cousins and extended family. Cremation has taken place and interment will take place at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo at a later date. Due to Covid 19 restrictions.
