Passed away at the Wellington Terrace on November 25, 2009 in his 86th year. Ralph will be missed by his loving and devoted wife of 60 years, Helen (Tonkin). Fondly remembered by his son Robb Atkinson (Anne) and daughter Brenda Atkinson (Don O’Keefe). Much loved grandfather of Michael, Jennifer, Gillian and Johanna Atkinson and Darcie and Tayler McKee and great grandfather of MacKenzie Shannon and Hanna Speers. Also missed by nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Friends will be received at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home & Chapel, 280 St. David St. South in Fergus, on November 27th from 2-4 & 7-9pm, with Legion Service at 6:45pm. Funeral Service for Ralph will be conducted from the Funeral Home Chapel on November 28th at 11:00am.
