The family are saddened to announce the sudden death of Phil as a result of an accident on September 3rd, 2007 in his 76th year. Phil will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 47 years Helen Elizabeth (Flewelling). Lovingly remembered by his son Ken and his daughter Darlene Hooky (Bob) and his grandchildren Josh and Jennifer. Survived by his sister Marjorie Campbell (Orval) and his sister in law Yvonne Boyles. Friends will be received at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home & Chapel, 37 Church St. East in Elora, on Thursday, September 6th from 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be conducted from Bethany United Church on Friday, September 7th 2007 at 2:00pm. Cremation to follow.
