Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Paul Rice can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Allan & Carol Broadworth
Condolence: Brian, LInda, Clive and girls. We were so sorry to hear of Paul's passing, he and your Mom were such great neighbours, we had a lot in common and shared many happy hours with them and enjoyed their company for many years. They were so proud of you all, In Paul's last letter to us, this past Christmas, he told us about the wonderful meals you were cooking for him, Brian, and about Sylvia's success. with her running! Am sure he will be greatly missed by all of you, the neighbours and the community. Our thoughts are with you, Carol & Allan

Condolence From: Lennard Woods
Condolence: It was with great sadness that I learned of Paul's passing. My sincere condolences are extended to all of Paul's family. He was a wonderful person and was liked by everyone who knew him. I had a real friendship with him over many years as we both had long careers with the Royal Bank. He was a golfing buddy for a number of years after our retirements and before he moved to Fergus. I was always a little jealous of Paul because he was a better golfer than myself. Paul will be missed.

Condolence From: Mary & Bruce Lloyd
Condolence: It was our pleasure to meet your parents through the Fergus Grand Theatre in the late 1990's. We were working as paid staff and your parents were extraordinary volunteers! Years of helping patrons with their generous helpful spirit. They worked hard for the theatre both as a not for profit company and after it was taken over by the township. I even remember your father applying a couple times to Royal Bank for donation money to help improve the lobby. After your mother passed, I met your father on the street and we reminisced about the times we worked together...but it was very evident he missed your mother very much. May it give you the smallest of comfort to know that they are back together again... Blessings, Mary & Bruce
