Passed away peacefully on Sunday September 25th, 2011at the Guelph General Hospital at the age of 59. She is survived by her husband James. She will be sadly missed by her daughter Rochelle Cako (James) and by her grandchildren Tristan, Logan and Rhea. Pat was predeceased by her parents Bill and Sara Day. Visitation will be held at the Graham Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St David Street South, Fergus, Ontario, on Thursday September 29th from 7pm to 9pm. A memorial service for Pat will be held at 11:00am Friday morning in the funeral home chapel. Reception to be held at Jim and Pats’ house immediately following the service.
