After a long battle with cancer, on January 13th 2005 in his 34th year. Patrick is survived by his loving wife Dawn Marie (nee Vandenberg) and his daughter Kendra Marie. He will be fondly remembered by his parents Robert and Cirelda Chalut and his grandfather Roland Chalut. Dear brother to Linda (Rick) Bird, Sandra (Tim) Paulick, Deborah Chalut and their families. Also missed by his mother-in-law Rose Marie Vandenberg, sisters-in-law Julie and Leslie, brothers-in-law David and John and their families. Patrick was a wonderful husband and friend to many. Friends will be received at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home and Chapel, 280 St. David Street south, Fergus on Saturday January 15th 2005 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel at 3:00 pm on Saturday January 15th 2005. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to a trust fund for Kendra Chalut at TD Canada Trust - Fergus Branch or to Groves Hospital
