Obituary for Patricia Gail Piitz (Allingham)
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Pat at Groves Memorial Hospital on October 20, 2022 at the age of 84.
Predeceased by her loving husband Ronald (2019). Wonderful mother to Cindy Moore (Barry), Randy Piitz (Joyce), Beth Piitz (Jamie) and Jason Piitz (Lisa). Proud grandma of Marshall, Jen, Kyle, Katie and Hayden. Great grandma to Riley. She is survived by her sisters Sheila Williams and Dorothy Schuster.
Pat was incredibly kind and caring and loved her family dearly. She enjoyed her gardens, spending time with her family, reading and shopping. Our hearts will be filled with many happy memories when we think of her.

Friends will be received at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David Street South in Fergus, on Wednesday, October 26th, 2022 from 7:00 to 9:00pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 760 St. David Street North in Fergus, on Thursday, October 27th, 2022 at 11:00am. Inurnment to be held at Belsyde Cemetery in Fergus. Reception to be held at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home in Fergus.
Memorial donations can be directed to the Upper Grand District School Board Children’s Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
