In Memory of Maureen Sybil Black
October 26, 1932 to June 9, 2020
On Tuesday, June 9, 2020, Maureen Sybil Black passed away in her 88th year at Heritage River Retirement Residence.
Maureen came to the Orangeville area from Lincoln England in June 1955 with her husband, Douglas Colin Black.
She returned to Fergus / Elora area in 2011. She made many friends in this area. She also had three special life long girlfriends, Beryl Greaves, Norma Short and Ina Boyle.
Maureen's spirit is carried on by her family, Heather, Mark, Colin and Ashley Doust; Nicole, Veronica, Douglas and Charlotte Black; Sandra and Jennifer Bartlett.
Cremation has taken place. Interment and Celebration of Life will be held at later date when hugs, handshakes and expressions of love can be shared safely once again.
