Passed away peacefully at the Wellington Terrace, on October 22, 2007 in her 92nd year. Mazie is predeceased by her husband Matthew Thompson Paterson (1965). Mazie will be forever missed by her sons Doug, Ken (Marilyn), Dave (Carmine) and Sandy. Loved grandmother of Mark, Matthew and Kate and cherished great grandmother of Kyra and Rowan. Predeceased by her brothers Simon and Archie Beattie and her sister Mabel Atkinson. Friends will be received at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home & Chapel, 280 St. David St. South in Fergus, on Tuesday, October 23rd 2007 from 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be conducted at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 325 St. George St. West in Fergus, on Wednesday, October 24th 2007 at 11:00am, with interment to follow in Fergus.
