With heavy hearts, the Ashley family announces the passing of Mary Francis Ashley (Beckner) on June 15th 2021 at the age of 75 years young. Mary and her beloved husband Norm recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary, they shared and did everything together creating a forever bond.
Instilling strong values in them, Mary was fiercely proud of her two sons Ron (Iris Sawicki) and Randy (Cherlyn Milne) who she remained very close with, and the adoring grandma to Curtis, Anyssa, Alex, and Owen.
Loving sister to June(2019), Ken, Dorothy, Barry, and sister-in-law Elva. Also the firecracker aunt to many nieces and nephews who loved her playful spirits.
Living her life to the fullest, nothing got her down. Kind, smart, generous, and loving, her family and friends were the center of her life.
Strong, sharp, and full of personality, Mary was not afraid of anything or anyone. She leaves us all with many wonderful memories as a local Fergus business owner with Norm, hockey and lacrosse mom, campground owner, she loved to sing and play music, play games with kids, ride her motorcycle across the country, snowmobiling with her family, cooking, and baking some tasty treats for friends and even strangers at times.
Mary, you will be dearly missed.
