Grigsby, Martha Dirkje (nee) Van Beek (Holland)
1924 – 2019
Peacefully at her residence at Parkwood Mennonite Home in Waterloo on Wednesday August 7, 2019 at the age of 95 years. Martha was predeceased by her husband Harold Grigsby ( 2012 ). Loving mother of Ron Grigsby and his wife Sharon of Kitchener, Edward (Red) deceased (2016) and his wife Susan of Brantford. Dear Grandmother of Becky, Aaron, Rhonda ( Marvin ), Sean ( Sandi ), Ian ( Alison ) and Andrew ( Lisa ). Also remembered by 11 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. Dear sister of Roef Aronson of Edmonton. Special Nana to the Larose Family of Brantford. Martha will also be missed by many nieces and nephews in Canada and in Holland. Predeceased by her brother Gerrit van Beek ( Truus ) and brother in law Ralph Aronson. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Martha’s life will be held at a later date. Thank you to all the Parkwood Staff and Residents and especially Weber Woods for the kindness and caring given to Martha. Donations to Ziontario Campground or Parkwood Mennonite Home, Waterloo, would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Graham A.
