Passed away peacefully at Groves Memorial Community Hosptial in Fergus, on July 8, 2014 in her 89th year. Lovingly remembered by her sons Pat, William (Pog), Clifford (Evelyn), Stuart (Donna) and her daughter Betty Smith (Ivan). Jean will be fondly remembered by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren and her brother Bill. Predeceased by her daughter in law Linda and her brother & sisters. Memorial Service for Grammer will be conducted at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home & Chapel, 37 Church St. E. in Elora, on Saturday, July 12th, 2014 at 2:00pm, with visitation 1 hour prior to the Service. Memorial donations can be directed to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Groves Memorial Community Hospital – Palliative Care Unit.
