I am sorry to read of the passing of Annie and we wish to extend our sympathy to all of you.
In thinking of Annie, memories abound – most of them filled with laughter and kindness. I remember many days (and nights) spent in the little house in Alma where there was always room for one more. There was laughter, good cheer and good food in abundance. And there was always pie! The Burnett girls and the Davidson girls spent many happy times together as we were growing up – a long time ago but not forgotten!
Kind regards and sympathy to all of you.
Margaret Burnett (and Bob Coons)

I have very fond memories of Annie from the time I spent in elementary school in Alma. Her ingenuity, kindness and welcoming spirit always made everyone feel at home. One memory is her letting us choose our Halloween costumes from the big chest in the bathroom and not complaining about the mess we created. She always set an extra place at the table if you were there near mealtime. She showed a joy for life. I can still hear her chuckle. A lovely lady and a life well lived. She will be missed.

Very sorry to hear about Annie. I did stop and say hi to her whenever I visited my mother at the Heritage. My condolences to Joan, Bev, and Bill. She was a very kind and considerate person who always seemed so pleased with life in general. We met more than 50 years ago and I will remember her fondly. Best Regards Bob (alias Danny)
