Passed away peacefully on August 28th, 2010 at the Alexander Hospital in Ingersoll 15 days short of her 95th birthday. Predeceased by her husband John (1997). Dear mother to Frances Mary (Don Harrington) Coombs, Jane Anne (Charlie) Szturm and Anne Marie (Kim) Mountain. Special Gram to Jennifer (Eric), Patrick (Shasta), Carolyn, Jana (Miguel) and Tanya (Brad). Beloved great grandmother to Dario, Zaiven, Delaney and Fransz. Survived by sisters Mary Hall and Roselyn Casey. Predeceased by 6 siblings. Madeline was a lifetime member of the CWL in both Milton and Elora, and a dedicated lifetime volunteer with many organizations. Friends will be received at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home & Chapel, 37 Church St in Elora, on Tuesday August 31st, 2010 from 11 - 1pm. Mass of Christian Burial will take place following the visitation at St. Mary Immaculate Roman Catholic Church, 267 Geddes St, Elora, Tuesday August 31st, 2010 at 1:00 pm.
