Lucas F. Shortreed passed away during the early morning hours of October 11th, 2008 as the result of a tragic accident just outside of Fergus. Lucas was 18 years old. Family and friends will be recieved at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David St. South in Fergus, on October 14th and October 15th between the hours of 3:00 and 8:00pm. Funeral Service will be conducted at the Elora Community Centre, located at the corner of David St. and Wellington Rd. 7 in Elora, on Thursday, October 16th at 2:00pm, interment at Belsyde Cemetery in Fergus.
