Peacefully surrounded by his family at Victoria Hospital, London, on December 4th, 2014 at the age of 81 years. Will be dearly missed by his longtime partner and best friend Carla Davis of Woodstock. Predeceased by his wife Mildred Rogers (nee:Bell) (2001). Will always be loved and remembered by his children Brad (Debbie) of Elora, Beverley (Gerry) Finley of Fergus, David (Annie) of Whitby, Dennis (Colleen) of Newmarket and Carla’s children Jeannette (Paul Mutsaers) Eaton of Thamesford and Kevin (Marsha Kish) Davis of Woodstock. Special Popa to Adam (Genevieve) Finley, Kelly (Sam) Cartledge, Brian (Sarah) Rogers, Ken (Jade) Rogers and Mackenzie, Wesley and Madison Rogers as well as Carla’s grandchildren Dillon and Emily Kish, Brandon Eaton, Haleigh Davis and Emma, Holly and Callie Mustsaers. Great grandfather to Caleb, Nathaniel, Aaron, Paul, Lorelai and Quillan. Survived by his sisters Viola, June and Audrey and his brother Don. Predeceased by 4 brothers and 3 sisters. Lloyd will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews and other family and friends. Visitation will take place on Wednesday December 10th, 2014 at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 37 Church St, Elora from 2:00 – 4:00 pm and 7:00 – 9:00 pm. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th, 2014 at Central Pentecostal Church 7674 Colbourne St (between Fergus & Elora) at 11:00 am.
