Born on Bell Island, Newfoundland, passed peacefully away at the Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus, Ontario. Predeceased by his parents: father Thomas, mother Bridget (Kennedy), and brother Richard,. Leaving o mourn are daughter Leiann, son Leo and grandchildren: brothers Tom (Gladys), John (Eva), sisters Mary (George), Bridgit (Randy), Maureen (Dave) and a large circle of nephews, nieces and friends. Resting at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, David St, Fergus. Visitation will take place from 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Thursday Jan 30 and 9-11am Friday, Jan 31st, followed by a service in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment to follow.
