Passed away at Groves Memorial Community Hospital in his 75th year on Wednesday, June 29th 2005. Loving husband of 52 years of Margaret (Peggy Matthews). Dedicated father to Patricia (1996), Kimberley and Barry Platt, John and Mary Westerman and grandchildren Shelley, Greg, Laura, Paige and Sydney. Survived by his sisters Vivian Chadder and Joan Trask and predeceased by Lillian Bartlett and Frances Patrick. Ken was an avid sports enthusiast and over the years played soccer, lacrosse, baseball, bowling and curling. Ken spent many years volunteering with the Fergus Skating Club and soccer and baseball teams. Most recently, he helped with Neighbourlink at St. James Anglican Church. Ken retired from GSW as the controller in 1992 where he was employed for 44 years. Ken’s favourite time was spent with his family which included watching his grandkids play sports, spending time in the pool and reading. His last good days were spent poolside doing what he loved best. Friends and familymay pay their condolences at theGraham A.
