Passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2010 at Groves Memorial Community Hospital, Fergus. Keith George Seibert, 68 years of age, was born on June 8, 1941 in Kitchener. Loving husband of Norma Arleen (Doughty) Seibert, and the devoted father of Shane Lawrence and his wife Rebecca Lee of Paris. Proud grampa of Brady, Brendan and Dani. Survived by his brothers Tom of Cambridge, and Peter and his wife Sue of Newmarket. Uncle to Paul of Burlington, Scott of Sauble Beach, Amy and Jeffery of Ottawa. Predeceased by his parents, George and Myrtle Seibert.Keith enjoyed his passion for golf, NASCAR racing and designing and set up of his wonderful love for model trains. He enjoyed several years of traveling in his motor home throughout Canada and the United States. Keith settled in Fergus in 2001, although he dealt with many health issues over the years, life was good. He enjoyed the fellowship of a special group for over 27 years and learned to accept the things that could not be changed. It was a good ride while it lasted.The family will receive friends at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home & Chapel, 280 St. David St. South, Fergus on Thursday, March 11th from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. A Celebration of Keith’s Life will take place at the funeral home on Friday, March 12, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
