Sometimes….there simply are no words. No words to describe the depth of our loss, For it is with complete and utter sadness, that we announce the passing of:
Lorne Osburn
February 26th 1950- June 15th 2016
Lorne was a kind and gentle man, who always saw the best in others. During his illness with cancer, he was upbeat and strong. The master at being “FINE” and putting everyone else at ease and acceptance. He placed his family first and whenever he could, would do anything to help his friends and neighbours. He was the kind of person, we will never forget. To his wife Carrie, he was simply…..my love….my life. He was the “BEST” of Dads to Amy and her husband Jamie, to Ryan and his wife Kaileigh, with no limit to his love and pride for his Grandson Parker. Lorne will be deeply missed by family and friends who carry his spirit, of a happy life well lived. Lorne was the son of Roy and Isabel Osburn. He will be missed by his sisters Marilyn and Brenda and their families.

Visitation will take place at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David St. South, Fergus on Monday, June 20, 2016 from 2:00 – 4:00pm and 7:00 – 9:00pm. A service for Lorne will take place in the Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, June 21st, 2016 at 2:00 pm.
