This lovely lady was my grade 9 geography teacher 43 years ago. Her kindness and gentle nature are things I will always remember about her and things I have tried to emulate in my own teaching career. Miss Ransom was truly an inspiration. My sincere sympathy to you on her loss.

Condolence From: Bill Thomas
Condolence: Judy was one of those rare teachers who managed a tight discipline in the classroom while, at the same time, being much admired and respected by both her students and her colleagues. As Head of Geography from the mid 60's to the mid 70's at GCVI, I could easily recognize those who had graduated from her Gr 9 classes.. fine students all. It was a privilege to have known her. My sympathies and condolences to her family and close friends.
