Following a brief illness at the Wellington Terrace, on June 20, 2005 in his 78th year. John will be fondly remembered by his sons Bryan and Gary (Connie) of Elora. Memories of John will be shared by his grandchildren Amy, Curtis, Caryn and Dan and his great grandchildren Jayva and Annabelle. John will be missed by his brother Gordon (Joyce) of Elora and will be warmly remembered by his special friend Lorna Stewart of Elora. Predeceased by his sister Ruth Fairbanks and her husband Ted. Friends will be received at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 37 Church St. East in Elora, on Wednesday, June 22 2005 from 7 – 9 pm. Private family service to take place at a later date.
