Masewich, John-Retired school superintendent of the Etobicoke Board of Education. Following a brief illness on August 31, 2006 at the Hamilton Health Sciences Hospital in Hamilton. John Masewich in his 82nd year of Elora formerly of Etobicoke. Beloved husband of Eva Masewich (nee Reynolds). Loving father of Carl and his wife Joan of Nelson B.C. and Joel and his wife Jill of Elora. Loved grandfather of Tyler, Avery and Gabriel. Brother of Michael Masewich of Mississauga, Donna Chabaud of Montreal, Judy Oleniuk of Toronto and Carole Oleniuk of Penticton B.C. John is survived by a number of other family members. Pre-deceased by his son Mark (1987). Friends may visit at the GRAHAM A. GIDDY FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL 37 CHURCH STREET ELORA. The family will receive their friends at the memorial visitation from 2:00 P.M. till 5:00 P.M. on Sunday Sept 10, 2006.
