Peacefully at his home in St. Jacobs on February 26, 2023 at age of 67. John was the dear husband of Kathleen Elsie Martin ( nee ) Bowman. Dear brother of Leah Martin, Annie Martin , Joseph Martin of Carthage, Ontario and Sidney Martin of Stratford. Fondly remembered by his Sister in laws Mary Bowman, June McMahon ( Lawrence), Shirley Kay ( Richard ), and Charlene Bowman. Also remembered by his sister in law Joyce Bowman, and brother in law Harold Kahle. Predeceased by his parents Abner and Ermina Martin and his brother Osaiah Martin and brother in law Lloyd Bowman . Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Graham Giddy Funeral Home 617 King Street N, Waterloo( 519-888-7700 ) on Wednesday March 1 from 1-4 p.m. and 6-8:30 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Thursday March 2, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. at Crystal View Mennonite Church 2167 Floradale Rd, Floradale, Ontario. Bishop Duane Bauman officiating. Interment to follow at Calvary Conservative Mennonite Church Cemetery.
