It is with great sadness that Joan’s family announces the passing of a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Back into the arms of her best friend and husband John (2007). Devoted mom to Mary-Anne and her husband George Binden, Julie and her husband Owen Zylstra and daughter in law Debbie Tyers (Ray Bender). She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren Andrea (Bryce), Matthew, Joshua, Adam and Kyle and her three great grandchildren Ashley, Sara, and John. Survived by nephew Dave White and niece Anne Valeca, and sister in law Mary White. Predeceased by twin daugters Michelle and Christine, sons John and Paul, brother Jerry White, and parents Arlie and Elimere White. Family will receive friends at the GRAHAM A. GIDDY FUNERAL HOME, 280 St. David St.S. Fergus on Wednesday, January 23, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral service will be held at St. Joseph’s Church in Acton. On Thursday, January 24 at 11am.
