Died peacefully on March 1, 2015 at the Wellington Terrace in Fergus at the age of 84. Loving wife of Donald Hodgson for 64 years. Will be dearly missed by her children Richard, Diane (Brian) Gray, Douglas (Marie), Janet (Drew) Ryland, Nancy Forrest and James (Karen). Always remembered by her grandchildren Sarah (Jon) Schleen, Meghan, Holly, Katy, Charlotte, Timothy, Elizabeth, Emily, Alexandra, Cameron ( Lucy), Hillary, Rebecca, Joseph, Bridget and Clayton, as well as her great grandchildren Dylan, Brandon, Aliyah, Colton and Penelope. Joan is survived by her sister Margaret McBain of Lagoon City. Also remembered by many nieces, nephews and other family members and friends. Many thanks to the staff at the Wellington Terrace for the loving care that Joan received during her stay. A private family funeral service is to be held.
