Passed away suddenly at his home in Fergus, on August 24th, 2016 in his 55th year. Beloved father of Jordan Hammond and his wife Kimberley Taylor. Loving son of Joyce Hammond (Lovell). Sadly missed by his brothers Steven and Michael (Jackie) and his aunt Vicki Lovell. Jeffrey was the loving uncle of Kristina, Ashley, Nicole, Tyler, Madison and Lily and great uncle to Dylan, Riley, Allen, Alexandra and Jackson. Also missed by his good friend Karen Holland and step mother Kerria Hammond. Predeceased by his father Peter and his sister Terri. Funeral Service will be conducted at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 325 St. George St. West in Fergus, on Monday, August 29th, 2016 at 11:00am, with visitation from 10:00am.
