We are so sorry for the loss of your mom. It was wonderful to have chatted with her when I was walking Paris. She was beautiful kind lady. May God comfort you and your family during this difficult time.

As Carolyn and Mike's neighbour, we got to know Jan as a caring, loving grandmother. Steve and I extend our deepest sympathy to the family. Sending light and love.

The kind sister, the middle sister, the link who kept us connected to family near and far. Jan found comfort and strength in her family, church and community. Such a generous nature, she made sure no one was left out. Jan loved quilting and Sunday socials, swimming, group coffees at McDonalds, her Red Hatters and playing Wizard with her chums. Renowned shopper and bargain hunter, her overflowing closets are a testimony in themselves. Weekly sister chats were marathons. Jan could talk! She meant so much to so many. For me, she was my travelling sister. We explored different parts of the world together – the Caribbean, Europe, South America, Greece. Curious and open-minded, Jan loved seeing and experiencing other ways of life - but always happiest to be back home.
