Passed away peacefully at home on Sat 16th of Jan in her 74th year surrounded by her loving family.
She will be greatly missed by her husband and best friend of nearly 55 years, Keith. Janet was the loving mother to her 3 girls. Karen (Peter), Debbie, and Jennifer (Ethan). She was the proud grandmother to her granddaughters, Adele, Bailey and Emily. Born in Croyden, England 1947. Married to Keith in Oxford, Feb 1966. Janet followed Keith to Canada in July 1970. She loved the great Canadian outdoors, camping, canoeing, hiking, biking, and swimming. Predeceased by her parents, Rhona and James Howes. Also by her brothers; Tony, Alan, and Colin. She is survived by sisters Bernadette and Tina both in the UK. A big thank you to the doctors and nurses of Janet’s palliative care team. Cremation has taken place.
