Obituary for James Wosley Gartley

James Wosley  Gartley
Passed away peacefully at home in Elora, on June 10, 2014 in his 88th year. Lovingly remembered by his children Judy Campbell, Tom (Sharon), Bob (Deb), Brian (Brenda) and Jill McKee (Bill). Fondly remembered by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by his brother Jack and sister Helen. Jim was a veteran, former police officer in Guelph and then owner of the variety store in Fergus in 1967 known as Gartley’s Variety and still known to this day by that name. Doris and Jim spent many winters in Texas as their second home. Funeral service will be on Wednesday, June 18th, 2014 at 11:30am at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness, 7719 Colborne Street (between Fergus and Elora). Officiated by his good friends Greg and Lisa Grant.
