Passed away peacefully at her home on September 19, 2015 in her 77th year. Sadly missed by her son Douglas Mark Tooker (Aileen Provan), her grandson Garret Appelbe Tooker (Candice) her great granddaughter Scarlett Jacqueline Tooker-Jones. Survived by her brother John (Janet), her nephews Sterling and Kelly and her niece Jacqueline. Predeceased by her husband Robert Edmund Tooker in 2006. Memorial Service for Jacqueline will be conducted at St. John the Evangelist Church, corner of Smith and Henderson Streets in Elora, Ontario, on Saturday, September 26th 2015 at 12:00pm.
