Obituary for Jacqueline Grace E. Brosseau (Thomson)

Jackie passed away September !3, 2016 peacefully at home with her family by her side in her 71st year after a brave battle with brain cancer. Jackie leaves behind Norm her loving husband of 52 years, her best friend and adoring daughter Melinda Edith Egger (Brosseau) Predeceased by her son Cameron Joseph Brosseau. She will be sadly missed by her brother Alexander John Thomson, son- in- law Peter Egger, daughter-in-law Shelly Brosseau. Nanny to her five cherished grandchildren Taylor, Andreas, Loire, Carlie, and Seth. She was supported during her lengthy illness by her close friends Joanne, Donna,Nicole, Sally and Tina. A special thanks to Dr Gower and her staff at Upper Grand Health Team, as well as Bayshore Care Givers, CCAS, Closing the Gap, and Care Partners. Special thank you for the exceptional care given by Heather, Samantha, and Danielle. Jackie was a lover of life, children, nature and horses. She leaves behind a legacy of strength, hospitality, and generosity. She was always up for a challenge no matter what it was and very passionate about her family and friends. She was a beautiful person inside and out and taught us all how to live life to the fullest. We will all miss her eternally. ‘Country roads, take me home to the place I belong’…John Denver
